    Our role

    We are looking for an entry level Banking Administrator within our Isle of Man office. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of administration related banking tasks. 

    General Administrators require no specific experience to be successful within role as full training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone either starting out and looking to gain experience in a busy office environment or for someone wishing to change careers. 

    ​Main responsibilities & duties

    • Provide excellent client service to internal and external clients, executing all requests efficiently, accurately and in a professional manner, in order to enhance client experience. 
    • Process client transactions and instructions, delivering consistent accurate work ensuring quality service is provided to our clients.
    • Meet internal deadlines and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
    • Ability to deal with all administrative duties within agreed timescales, paying particular attention to fine detail. and identifying ways to improve service standards. 
    • Be pro-active to ensure support and commitment given to wider teams. 
    • Work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Support more senior members of the team with administrative work.
