    What does the scheme entail?

    The scheme starts in Summer 2023 and runs for 24 months.

    This graduate pathway is yours to shape; HR and in-house industry specialists will work closely with you to ensure you gain a rich understanding of our business and a clear path to follow going forward.

    Each department will structure their plan around the key knowledge needed and your interests. Every day will be a chance to learn and expand on the skills you gained at university.

    Your Experience

    • 2:1 or above in your Bachelor's degree - all subjects welcome.
    • ​You have either graduated in the last 24 months or you will have graduated by September 2023.
    • ​Experience in a financial services organisation is not necessary. However, familiarising yourself with the commercial environment and industry challenges would be advantageous.
    • ​A willingness to learn, adaptability, resilience and enthusiasm; as long as you have the right approach, the rest can be learned as you go.

    Recruitment

    If successful, you will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment and invited for a half-day panel interview session in Spring. A panel review will take place and feedback will be provided to all attendees.
