    What does the scheme entail?

    The scheme starts in Summer 2023 and runs for 24 months.

    You will work alongside the experts within exciting project teams, learning as you work in all areas of the Technology family:

    • Data Analysis and Power BI
    • Coding and developing software
    • Infrastructure and System Engineering
    • Project Management
    • Business Analysis
    • Testing

    At the end of the scheme, you will have a rich understanding of IT in the context of a private banking and wealth management company, building strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders, and determining a clear and fulfilling career path to follow.

    Recruitment

    ​A Talent Specialist will be in touch for an initial phone call to find out more about you, if you are successful in the screening phase. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you might have and explore your motivation for joining Nedbank.

    If successful, you will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment and invited for a half-day panel interview session in Spring. A panel review will take place and feedback will be provided to all attendees.
