Some programmes ask you to make choices about your specialism from day one; we believe you find out more about yourself as you learn and grow. Our scheme offers the opportunity to dive into all aspects of IT in a varied and broad sector, and take your future into your own hands.

    Please note this is role is based on the Isle of Man and is therefore subject to local immigration legislation.

    What does the scheme entail?

    The scheme starts in Summer 2023 and runs for 24 months.

    You will work alongside the experts within exciting project teams, learning as you work in all areas of the Technology family:

    • Data Analysis and Power BI
    • Coding and developing software
    • Infrastructure and System Engineering
    • Project Management
    • Business Analysis
    • Testing

    At the end of the scheme, you will have a rich understanding of IT in the context of a private banking and wealth management company, building strong relationships with leaders and key stakeholders, and determining a clear and fulfilling career path to follow.

    Recruitment

    Send your application to us before the closing date. You will receive a confirmation email to say we have got your application and it will be reviewed by our team. You should expect a further email to inform you of whether you have been successful or not in our screening phase, although please note that this may be after the closing date.

    ​A Talent Specialist will be in touch for an initial phone call to find out more about you, if you are successful in the screening phase. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you might have and explore your motivation for joining Nedbank.

    If successful, you will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment and invited for a half-day panel interview session in Spring. A panel review will take place and feedback will be provided to all attendees.
