    Finished your degree and ready to turn your passion for innovation and sustainability into a career? Join the Sustainability Graduate Scheme here at Nestlé and develop an understanding behind the science and technology required to drive sustainable development of a multinational business.

     What can I expect?

    You’ll spend three years working on projects and initiatives dedicated to developing an environmentally sustainable future for the global confectionery business. With the support of expert mentors, you’ll work with teams across the end-to-end value chain of the business and collaborate with stakeholders around the globe to achieve results. You’ll get the chance to visit factories and sites around the UK and further afield to discover how our value chain operates from the very beginning until the moment it is bought off the shelf. It’s about learning about the life cycle of confectionery products, working with each step of our value chain on innovative solutions to drive our sustainability strategy, from farming to fork.

    What will you get out of it?
    As well as a starting salary of £32,000, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to make a real impact on the future of chocolate production.

     Career Progression
    Previous alumni of the Graduate Scheme are now working in permanent roles in product development, Science and Technology, engineering and packaging. The Head of our Nestle Product Technology Centre (NPTC) was previously a graduate.
