What the Sales Graduate Scheme entails
Based at a Nestlé Academy site (with hybrid/remote working options available) in either York or Gatwick, you’ll spend your time working with iconic brands like KitKat, Quality Street, Nescafé, Shreddies and Felix
You’ll join a large, cross functional Graduate cohort and rotate through various sales roles to help you develop a comprehensive understanding of how we operate and, while you’re at it, find out where you fit into it. With the mentorship of our experts, you’ll take on live projects and deliver work that will have a real impact on our business.
We’ll always encourage you to contribute and develop your own ideas. So if you’re particularly passionate about a topic (e.g. diversity & inclusion, sustainability or mental wellbeing), we’d love to hear how you would drive positive business change.
Who is eligible for the Sales Graduate Scheme?
Yes, you will—of course—need a degree. The subject, grade or where it was attained aren’t as important, however, as the skills you’ll have developed while studying—things like analytical thinking, creativity and commercial awareness. We also want to see that you are 100% committed to your chosen career path.

What is Sales at Nestlé?
Sales at Nestlé means owning and leading a Commercial business with your customers. Once you complete the Graduate Scheme, you will have the fundamental skills required for FMCG account management; you will be the face of Nestlé in your customers. You will gain experience delivering commercial presentations, business planning & reporting, relationship management, forecasting, effective selling, negotiating & joint business planning. You will educate the Nestlé business about your customers strategy so we can jointly build plans to deliver growth, which you will then execute with your customer.
