What the Supply Chain Graduate Scheme entails

The way we go about that is structured to the last detail. Building on the foundations laid during your degree, we’ll train you in everything from sourcing and negotiating with raw ingredients suppliers, to making sure that finished products are successfully transported from our warehouses to our customers via Logistics.
What’s more, there could be the chance to take on a demand planning project, using data to figure out how much we’re going to sell, or a supply planning project to work out how we’ll make the products we need.
Who is eligible for the Supply Chain Graduate Scheme?
Yes, you will—of course—need a degree. However, that degree may be in any subject and we won’t judge you based on your grade. Rather, we’ll look for evidence of your commitment to your chosen career path and interest in the FMCG sector and our business.
What will I get out of a Nestlé Graduate Scheme?
This is your chance to work with some of the biggest brands in the world. Kit Kat, S.Pellegrino, Cheerios, Smarties, Nescafé, Nesquik, Purina and Felix—to name just a few. As a supply chain graduate with Nestlé or Cereal Partners UK, you’ll have a direct input into how those and other products are developed, delivered and launched. That’s some serious experience that other graduate training schemes can’t offer.
Our structured learning and acclimatisation of our graduate scheme will ensure that—even when thrown in at the deep end—you won’t struggle to keep your head above water. By the end of the scheme, you’ll know you can cut it at a world-leading company and have the confidence you need to really excel in your career.
