Career progression
Let’s hear about the career journeys of two recent graduates who completed our programme.
“The scheme allowed me to identify opportunities that interested me, connect with the right people and resources, and ultimately pursue a career in the direction I wanted.”
Mike Croft - Regional Procurement Manager, Panama
“This role has allowed me to be involved in different elements of the function, with vast opportunities for learning and personal growth within a challenging but supportive environment.”
Kate Stirling - Nespresso Logistics
“The Supply Chain Graduate scheme is where my career started, and I could not be more grateful for the experience that it gave me. The variety that the Graduate Scheme provided meant that I gained end-to-end knowledge in a short space of time. I have now been at Nestlé for eight years and have had the opportunity to experience many different roles; there is no doubting how valuable the Graduate Scheme was to launching my career.”
Liz Cawthorn - Factory Planning Lead
Entry requirements
You’ll need a degree, but that can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is you’re 100% committed to the career path you’ve chosen and will give everything you’ve got into your development. That’s how you’ll secure yourself a role that you can progress as far as you want. You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
