Supply Chain Graduate Scheme 2024
Finished your degree and ready to develop your smart business thinking into a full-blown career? Join the Supply Chain Graduate Scheme here at Nestlé and you’ll learn to shape the end-to-end process that starts in our factories and ends with products on the shelves for customers to buy. Immerse yourself in the workings of the world’s biggest food and drink manufacturer and come out ready to drive a spectacular career with us.
"I have learnt so many transferable skills, which are invaluable in the workplace. Leadership, confidence and negotiation, to name a few. The Academy, colleagues and line managers tailored my development to make sure I got the very best from my two years on scheme."
Ollie Barnes - Coffee Demand Planning
What can I expect?
You may have placements in Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Customer Service or Logistics, completing three over two years. Supported by our mentors, you’ll develop expertise in the fundamental principles of Supply Chain as you get involved with everything from contract negotiation and sales forecasting to production planning and stakeholder management.
What will you get out of it?
As well as a starting salary of £32,000, you’ll gain experience and professional development to shape you into a Supply Chain specialist capable of driving efficiency at a multinational company.
Let’s hear about the career journeys of two recent graduates who completed our programme.
“The scheme allowed me to identify opportunities that interested me, connect with the right people and resources, and ultimately pursue a career in the direction I wanted.”
Mike Croft - Regional Procurement Manager, Panama
“This role has allowed me to be involved in different elements of the function, with vast opportunities for learning and personal growth within a challenging but supportive environment.”
Kate Stirling - Nespresso Logistics
“The Supply Chain Graduate scheme is where my career started, and I could not be more grateful for the experience that it gave me. The variety that the Graduate Scheme provided meant that I gained end-to-end knowledge in a short space of time. I have now been at Nestlé for eight years and have had the opportunity to experience many different roles; there is no doubting how valuable the Graduate Scheme was to launching my career.”
Liz Cawthorn - Factory Planning Lead
You’ll need a degree, but that can be in any subject and at any grade—what’s most important is you’re 100% committed to the career path you’ve chosen and will give everything you’ve got into your development. That’s how you’ll secure yourself a role that you can progress as far as you want. You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.
Our Supply Chain Graduate Scheme could be based at one of our various sites across the UK so being geographically mobile is key.
