“I am very grateful for the ample opportunities and support provided by Nestlé which have driven my personal development and encouraged me to deliver great results. From being given the role as a project operational start up leader in my first year, to problem solving with the operators on the shopfloor every day, I have had a broad range of great experiences.”

What can I expect?
You’ll rotate through two placements in two years before spending a third and final year as a full-time Nestlé employee. Placements are split into six-month periods and based at two factories where you’ll spend time in Safety, Quality, Line Management and Continuous Improvement, receiving expert guidance every step of the way.
What will you get out of it?

Career progression
As a graduate at Nestlé, you’ll have a clear pathway to a Line Manager role and could progress to Senior Leadership via our Performance Acceleration Team.

How we support each other
“There is a wealth of opportunities for us outside of our normal day-to-day roles. From supporting recruitment as ambassadors, to getting involved in sustainability or regeneration projects and volunteering to support our local communities. At Nestlé we are encouraged to be creative and give back.”
