    Due to continued growth Net World Sports are currently looking to recruit a Buying Admin Assistant to help effectively manage the national and international movement of stock for both finished goods and raw materials.

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to learn and develop there existing skills with the opportunity to become a buyer in the future.

    The role

    • Collaborating between our Product and Warehousing teams, ensuring goods arrive on time.
    • Creating/amending PO’s and SKU’s.
    • Analysing and manipulating data to meet the department needs.
    • Checking profit sheets to ensure a health margin is set.
    • Liaising with customer services on restocking dates and availability, aiding with customer queries where necessary.
    • Regular relations with directors of the business and/or other departments to create transparency and organisation within the business.
    • Any AD Hoc duties that arise within the product team.

    What you'll need to show us

    • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge essential.
    • Commercial awareness – working to develop full understanding of the nature of our business, products, and competitive market to drive the best performance.
    • Ability to build strong relationships.
    • Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail.
    • Outstanding communication skills.
    • Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task

    Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday - we offer flexible working hours which can be discussed in the interview

    This role is based in our Wrexham office, full-time. We're unable to offer remote-working, and require a quick start so we're unable to consider applications outside of the UK.
