Net World Sports is an exciting, fast-paced ecommerce sports equipment company looking for a French speaking Junior Foreign Language Ecommerce Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating content from English into French for product listings on the website, Amazon, and eBay platforms, assisting with customer service on the phone and messages, working with the marketing department to help develop partnerships and any other adhoc duties as they arise.
The role
- Familiarise yourself with the key Net World Sports products.
- Translate product listings from English into French for websites, Amazon and eBay platforms – content must be localised & relevant to target audience
- Ensure that the bestselling products are live and optimised in order to maximise sales.
- Keep your workload organised & ensuring tasks are completed in line with business needs
- Translate and upload A+ content on Amazon and use the Helium10 and SellerApp tools which help with Amazon listings.
- Assist with French customer service inquiries via phone and messages
- Assist with Amazon team to deal with any account issues that require French language
- Work with marketing department to help develop partnership in French-speaking markets
- Understand the priority system and business priorities that we work to in the Content and Foreign Language departments, planning your weekly schedule accordingly.
- Track out of stock listings and know how to manage stock levels on all ecommerce platforms
- Become proficient using the project management tool click up – keeping things updated as & when tasks are completed.
- Any ad hoc duties as they arise
What you'll need to show us
- Ability to translate from English into your French in a localised manner
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong academic language qualifications, either at degree level or native speaker.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Learn to use all operating systems relevant to the role such as Magento, NAV, eBay and Amazon
- Understanding of the operating systems and ecommerce platforms we use on a day to day basis (eBay/Amazon/Magento)
- Stay organised in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects at once and prioritising new work as it arises
- Show a willingness to be proactive with your day-to-day activities
- An awareness of the impact of own area on sales, profits and costs.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of HTML, SEO and Google Analytics
- The ability to prioritise which products should be translated and uploaded
- An understanding of CAT tools such as Trados
- An understanding of project management tools such as ClickUp

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday - we offer flexible working hours which can be discussed in the interview.
This role is based in our Wrexham office, full-time. We're unable to offer remote-working and require a quick start so we're unable to consider applications outside of the UK.
