    We are looking for a passionate and driven self-starter for a 12-month sales-oriented internship experience. As an intern in our Customer Success Organisation, you will support the Customer Success Manager with a set of tasks and projects to help facilitate generating new opportunities from our existing customer base.

    Essential Functions

    • Working with reporting and data to identify leads.
    • Finding potential for renewal sales, tech refresh, upselling and cross-selling
    • Finding new prospects within existing accounts
    • Assisting CSM in daily business
    • Cooperation with different departments and international teams

    Job Requirements

    • Comfortable with data and tools such as excel.
    • Analytical thinker, naturally curious
    • Project/time management, able to solve problems/meet goals.
    • Interest in the IT market
    • Strong communication skills: ability to work in virtual teams, ability to adapt to audience needs.
    • Team spirit and collaborative

    Your Profile

    • Must be a current 2nd year student seeking a placement year or a recent graduate with a relevant qualification in Business Management or similar.
    • We will also consider students from other degree disciplines if they have relevant experience or evidence an interest in technology and sales.
    • You must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom for the entire duration of the internship.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional fluency in other languages is a bonus and sought after.
