Role Description
Here at Newcastle Strategic Solutions we are currently seeking bright, ambitious new talent to help us achieve our goals and we have an exciting opportunity to join us this September in our IT Development Team.
We provide savings management and technology services for new challenger banks and established providers across the UK. Our work has earned us an enviable reputation in the market as the best at what we do.
As a Graduate Software Developer you will be responsible for contributing towards our secure customer and internal-facing software solutions using modern software tools and practices in an agile environment. You will work collaboratively and be supported within a cross-functional team and you will have a pro-active attitude to continuous improvement.

With the support of your manager, team and mentor you will have objectives to work towards to make sure you are developing during your time with us. You will have exposure to the responsibilities of wider team by supporting projects and tasks in the department.

About you
- You should have, or expect to achieve, a degree in a Computer Science, a Digital field or equivalent qualification.
- For this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate competence in programming, ideally Microsoft Tech Stack (C# / .NET framework.)
- Have an ability to communicate well, engage others and good analytical abilities.
- Be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation and an awareness of Software Development practices.
