Role description/Department Overview
A fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in test automation techniques, and other software testing methods, working alongside our Automation Test Engineers and Software Developers. The role of a tester is to help ensure that the products we build meet the needs of our customers. We use a Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) approach to the development of automated tests using tools such as Selenium WebDriver and SpecFlow, with our automated tests written in C#. Joining one of our product delivery teams, you will contribute to the delivery of software that supports our clients with anything from secure facing web apps, mobile apps to transaction processing systems.
With the support of your manager and mentor, you will have objectives to work towards to make sure you are developing during your time with us. You will have exposure to the responsibilities of wider team by supporting projects and tasks in the department.

About You
- You will need to have successfully completed the second year of your studies and intend to return to University to complete your final year at the end of your placement. We are interested in all specialisms however you should have a desire to work in business and financial services.
- Confidence to communicate effectively to a range of stakeholders via different methods of communication
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- An ability to work both independently and within a team
- Willingness to commit to your own development
