This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with over 25 years experience in providing digital infrastructure services in a key marketing role to ensure we proactively showcase the best of our services and work.
The Team: Tibus is an established agency based in Belfast with 26 years experience in delivering digital infrastructure support and solutions. Our skilled and dedicated team have worked with thousands of clients of all sizes: from family businesses through to the largest international brands and public sector organisations.
Your Role: To work closely with Tibus’s commercial team using a data-led and evidence-based approach to develop and execute a marketing strategy which grows revenue and ensures our website and social media channels showcase the best of our work.
Day to day you will
- Design, implement and manage marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
- Create and manage content for our website, social media channels and blogs
- Plan and manage value-adding customer events
- Monitor the outcomes, results and ROI on all marketing activity
- Manage our Google assets (e.g. Google Maps, Google Console)
- Continually review and optimise our website through the use of Google Analytics and other tools, managing our SEO
- Create and manage Hubspot, Leadfeeder and Clutch campaigns
- Continually review and identify potential sponsorship opportunities (e.g. web design and development communities, job fairs, etc.).
- Coordinate content and creatives for recruitment campaigns
- Research and develop appropriate databases for sales and marketing campaigns
- Take ownership of the Tibus CRM system and enforcement of guidelines
- In conjunction with the Commercial Manager, manage Tibus’ profile on tender and procurement portals and take the lead on the identification and targeting of sub-threshold opportunities
- Monitoring of Partner leads, opportunities and conversions through the Tibus CRM system
What we’re looking for from you:
- Demonstrable experience working within a digital marketing agency or digital marketing team
- A qualification, or relevant experience, in digital marketing
- Numerical analytical skills
- Copywriting in blog form and social media
- An understanding of Google Analytics and SEO.
