A vacancy has arisen for an annual internship within the strategy team of Nexperia looking into analysis of competitor products.
The purpose of the role is to support the rapid expansion of our global semiconductor business by looking for emerging markets, customers, applications, or technologies that will enable Nexperia to move ahead of competition.
The successful candidate will
- Analyse the products, portfolios and strategy of competitors
- Carry out lab work under instruction (physical/electrical analysis of products)
- Assist with our analysis of the power semiconductor market and segmentation
- Support general strategy team activities; roadmaps, quarterly report updates
Key skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Background in Material science, Electronic engineering, Physics or another relevant technical discipline. Ideally part-way through their degree in one of these subjects.
- Analytical skills and ability to learn
- Be flexible, curious, rigorous, organised
- Take initiatives & opportunities
- Good communication skills
- Good collaborator/team player
