    The Branded Operation team works with over 300+ brands. There are three streams of the branded operations team:

    • Brand facing: Brand Onboarding, Warehouse & Payments
    • Customer facing: Imagery and Digital content
    • Internally facing: Data loading & maintenance, Reporting & branded efficiencies

    As part of the Operations team you will be on the internally facing team and directly report to the Brands and Site Operations teams. You will be responsible for resolving any data issues with items not live on our system and ensuring the smooth flow of product into the warehouse.

    Ultimately you are responsible for ensuring branded data is live on our system.

    You will be

    • Able to understand the customer journey on the website and how we can present our product on site in the best possible way to convert customers into sales. Ensuring product headers and descriptions are accurate
    • Ensuring that all items and contracts raised on the product system are live prior to brand delivery and share visibility of contract issues to product teams
    • Checking incoming deliveries for any data issues and fixing them prior to delivery
    • Working through data issues on the warehouse delivery tracker ensuring that all deliveries are live within 24 hours of delivery
    • Working closely with the product teams and communicating any data that can not be resolved by the operations team with clear deadlines for completion
    • Liaising with brands on any missing data issues and escalate any major concerns to the product team
    • Challenging any blockers that come up around data with solutions and suggestions for getting items live

    Your talent

    • You will ideally have experience working within a Merchandising or Operations role, but not essential
    • Extremely organised and adaptable
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • If there’s a problem, you’re the first person to find a solution 
    • As well as working in a team you’re self-motivated, passionate and driven when it comes to
    • working solo too
    • Helpful and approachable with a positive outlook no matter what
    • Advanced Excel skills
