The digital marketing team at NEXT, is made up of circa 60 marketing professionals in 4 disciplines. The roles available will be within the following teams:
- Paid Media team - a large team who work with partners such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat and Pinterest to buy advertising space showcasing the most relevant NEXT products to new and existing customers in the UK and overseas to encourage them to shop from our ecommerce sites.
- SEO team - you will learn about developing and implementing on-page and off-page campaigns, manage agencies and assist with site-wide audits. Candidates will be expected, and encouraged, to explore all possible SEO strategies the business could use.
- Digital communications team - you will work on eCRM, ensuring we retain our customers and drive brand loyalty through supporting our email marketing programmes or push notifications on the Next app.

About the role
- You will manage regular reporting on a day to day basis to work out the most successful ads
- You will liaise with our media agency and internal data teams on reporting
- You will learn about the technical aspects of SEO and/or buying digital media/ads
- You will review and monitor competitor activity
- You will be working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute activity
- You will work with the external media agency & key partners
- You will receive training about relevant media buying platforms, from internal & external experts
About you
- You will be a recent business or marketing graduate with, ideally, a year in industry, although this is not essential
- You will be a proactive self-starter who works well in a fast paced digital environment
- You will be self-motivated & highly organised with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and stay calm under pressure
- You will be creative and inquisitive with a thirst to learn more
- You will have attention to detail
- You will be able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
- You will be an effective team player; can do attitude
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skill
- You will be an intermediate to advanced level user of Microsoft Excel who is highly numerate
