    The role

    If you want to get to know all about our business, then this is the ideal place to start. Predominantly Head office based, you will undertake a tailored 3 year programme, across a series of placements within our customer services division, designed to give you a genuine understanding of how to manage relationships and deliver practical solutions that really do fulfil customer expectations.

    Job specification

    Working in our claims, underwriting and operations departments, as well as having the opportunity to spend up to 12 months at one of our regional offices in York or Bristol, our aim is to give you a real breadth and depth of experience - including involvement in project and change initiatives - ensuring you are fully equipped to make the most of your future in a specialist or operational management role.

    Person specification

    Commercially aware and with a genuine desire to develop and progress, you will relish the chance to work in a collaborative environment, where everyone plays a part. An excellent communicator and problem solver, who can build strong working relationships right across the board, we will be looking for a history of good academic performance, culminating in a minimum 2:2 degree in any subject area. However, more importantly, we are seeking someone who wants to challenge themselves to be the best they can be and, in the process, make a positive contribution to the evolving service provision that is the cornerstone of our success.
