    Role Description

    Our 3-year Customer Service trainee scheme recruits for our Head office site based in Stratford upon Avon working within the Customer Services Division.

    During the scheme you will have a have a series of placements across the division at our Head Office site and you will also experience up to 12 months in one of our regional offices (Bristol or York).

    You will experience a variety of roles in areas including Claims, Underwriting and Customer Service Operations gaining a real understanding of the structure of the business and the division as well as an insight into how to manage relationships effectively to bring about the right solutions for customers.

    Qualifications 

    You will have a strong academic record and will have obtained or be predicted to obtain a 2:2 degree or above.
