    We achieve this through 3 services

    • Portfolio Management - co-ordinating the portfolio of change;
    • Change Delivery - managing all projects and programmes;
    • Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) - providing support, governance and controls.

    And through you

    We work closely with internal service partners, business subject matter experts and internal and external delivery partners to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Our leadership team communicates a clear vision and direction to deliver Group Change outcomes, provide support for each service and act as escalation points to enable members of Group Change to perform effectively.

    Underpinning all of this are our tools: Providing all projects and programmes with a consistent method to deliver change is the NFUM Change Framework, supported by appropriate governance of our Change Portfolio which is essential for minimising risk and maximising delivery success.

    Job Specification

    The role will involve spending time in our Enterprise Programme office, using data, insight and appropriate governance to help drive delivery in the Portfolio.

    You will also spend time in the Portfolio Management team, a key area of strategic prioritisation of change, liaising with senior divisional representatives .

    Finally, our third service is the area of change delivery, which include project management, but also how we land change through change managers and change adoption specialists.

    We are looking for applicants to progress with the change management practitioner qualification, alongside other development through our Group Change Competency framework.

    Qualifications/Other

    You will have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a degree at 2:1 or above, and ideally will have completed work experience or a placement for a year in an environment such as a change function or project department.

    You will also have good knowledge of all MS Applications
