We are a leading provider of General Insurance and Financial Services. From our strong farming roots, we’ve grown to become a UK-wide organisation, turning over £1billion annually. Yet success hasn’t gone to our heads. We’re proud to remain completely customer focused, down-to-earth, and committed to the rural communities we’ve grown from.

Our ethos - of trust, respect, and personal service - lies at the heart of all we do and has seen us build an enviable reputation for exceptional member loyalty. Though we’ve been in business for over 110 years, we have big ambitions for the future. And that’s why we’re looking for talented people to join our growing organisation.

Our Award-Winning Graduate Schemes are an investment in you and your career. You'll gain a rewarding balance of on and off the job learning and hands-on experience, through a structured and insightful training programme; and we'll support you to complete a number of professional qualifications too, helping you sharpen up the skills you need to progress in your chosen career path.

The three-year graduate programmes are designed to actively help you develop and give you everything you need to shape a rewarding career. You'll be supported at every step of your journey, with a dedicated buddy and mentor on hand to guide you, as well as a great network of current and previous graduates.

And it’s not all work. We actively encourage our graduates to participate in extra curricular activities aligned to our Environmental, Social, Governance framework, be that volunteering, participating, and organising charity and social events, and representing the organisation at external events, to name but a few.
