A brand-new opportunity has arisen in our highly successful and forward-thinking Marketing and Digital division for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Campaigns team on a part time basis of 25 hours per week.
Reporting to the Marketing Campaigns Consultant, you will assist in coordinating the delivery and analysis of sales engagement campaigns across our product portfolio which includes General Insurance, Commercial and Financial Services.
You will play a key supporting role in planning the campaign calendar and delivering engaging sales campaigns and marketing collateral to ensure business objectives are met.
Duties
- Work closely with the Marketing Campaigns Consultant to plan the campaign calendar, develop creative assets and deliver sales engagement campaigns.
- Maintain and circulate the campaign plan to key stakeholders across the division and business.
- Ensure marketing activity is organised and delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare sales engagement performance reports to provide insight on campaign metrics.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage sign off on sales engagement activity, campaigns, and literature.
- Create and coordinate internal campaign updates, ensuring communication is delivered in a timely manner
About you
To be considered for this role you will possess excellent administrative and coordination skills, ideally from a sales and/or marketing environment where you have been involved in the sales or marketing process. You will be confident in reviewing and summarising data to support with report writing duties. You will also be able to work efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously and organising your time effectively.
Additionally, possessing exceptional communication and relationship building skills are paramount as you will be frequently liaising with senior stakeholders across the division and wider business.
