Role responsibilities
- Learn on value of all NHST products and how to highlight value to customers
- Customer interaction via phone, email or connect via other digital channels with existing subscribers with the objective to verify their product usage and confirm the correct contact details.
- Prospect interaction via phone email or connect via other digital channels with lapsed subscribers with the objective to verify and confirm the correct contact person and decision maker for content matters in the respective organizations.
- Upsell exercise to existing single subscribers through active interaction
- Daily updates to local manager providing an overview on the number of potentials, existing and past subscribers contacted.
Ideal candidate
- Preferably MSc or equivalent (Minimum Bachelor) in business economics or Business Administration, digital business development, marketing, or other relevant degree.
- Knowledge of using e.g., LinkedIn or other relevant search tools for contacts.
- Skilled in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other relevant is a plus.
Time period
- From 1st June to 31st August 2021
- Weekly working hours 24.5
- Pay £13 per hour
