This role is known for supporting the team to drive the strategy and execution across Vegetables & Potatoes portfolios to achieve brand growth.
Responsibilities
Leading Masterbrand equity roll out
- Supporting Marketing Manager with Birds Eye Masterbrand equity roll out, ensuring brand guidelines are reflected across all touchpoints throughout the portfolios
- Leading artwork and pack imagery design process with design agencies
Leading ecommerce & social media activation
- Being the team’s ecommerce champion and ensuring we are set up for success through delivering best in class packshots, imagery and supporting information
- Leading the execution of social media content in alignment with the strategy set by the Senior Brand Managers
Supporting team on driving strategy and execution of projects
- Supporting Senior Brand Managers on delivering specific projects across all areas of the portfolio (Potatoes, Vegetables) including innovation, renovation and advertising
- Working cross functionally to track performance using various data sources
- Managing advertising and promotion spend and budget tracking
- Conducting competitor analysis and sharing recommendations and learnings
- Supporting in co-ordination and outputs of monthly cross functional business meetings
Qualifications
Essential
- 1+ year of experience in FMCG marketing (ideally food)
- Ideally currently an ABM/JBM on a complex brand or portfolio in an FMCG environment.
- Degree or equivalent, ideally in Business/Marketing
- Project management experience
- Computer literate – ability to use Microsoft Office
- Exp[osure to marketing projects such as changing packaging artwork & has supported the creation and launch of new products
- Managing budget including raising and tracking PO’s
- Some Consumer behaviour understanding and familiar with insight / data tools such as Nielsen & Kantar.
- Understanding of the UK retail environment including promotional tools instore.
- Influencing & inspiring others – bringing a project or initiative to life
