Nomad Foods is on a journey of ambitious growth and transformation. To facilitate this we have initiated Project Rubix to implement a Commercial Planning Process and Platform across all 13 markets. The objective of Rubix is to unlock commercial value through process and platform standardisation, trade spend & promotion optimisation and improved commercial decision making
The role
The project will create the one Nomad way for commercial decision making and forecasting across volume and value elements. This is a highly visible and complex change management project over the next two years across the markets and Head Office.
The purpose of this role is to support the live markets with supporting the change in the markets, re-enforcing processes and ways of working whilst supporting the team with ensuring the system is up to date and accurate.
Responsibilities
The Rubix Sales Support role is responsible for delivering their areas of responsibility, supporting the market team (Nordics – sales, demand, RGM and finance) and being able to engage and support the business in solving problems.
Data Inputting
- Input complex data provided by markets into system both through manual creation and systemized input
- Attention to detail to follow agreed rules and processes to get data loaded
- Follow the process and agreements with each market to meet key business deadlines
- Challenge data where it doesn’t look right, escalation to local teams as required
Testing
- Write, perform and record testing using Nomad systems
- Support project team in ensuring testing covers all changes to the system
- Become a system expert to provide assurance on system quality and accuracy
- Collate issues for resolution
- Track resolution of identified issues and re-test
- Document testing and work with wider team to ensure auditable
Reporting
- Taking ownership of the Excel reporting created by the project
- Ensuring regular updating and distribution of reports to all key users
- Working with project team to bring enhancements to processes and outputs
Qualifications
- A-level or equivalent
- Highly numerate + analytical, with good attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively with peers and project team
- Organised, strong prioritisation skills and delivery to tight timescales
- Self-motivated individual
- Ability to speak English (Project language)
