What You'll Do
We're looking for great communicators to join our high performing and friendly Service Desk team. You’ll provide essential support to staff and students on a variety of IT services, building on our excellent reputation for customer care.
We just need you to be customer-focused, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
The Service Desk has an excellent reputation for both customer care and technical support, where we support academic and administrative staff, and students across the University. You will work as part of the team where you will:
- Be the first point of contact for IT services
- Provide advice to users to resolve both software and hardware incidents and requests
- Troubleshoot queries and provide support to the team and users
Interview Date on W/C 15th May 2023.

About NTU
This position is only open to undergraduate and postgraduate students of Nottingham Trent University where a work placement is required of the course. Applications from overseas students currently studying on a Tier 4 visa will be considered alongside other applications.
