The role
We are seeking an Intern for our NVIDIA Sales Centre. This will be a Sales Supportive administrative role, focused on working with our Partners and OEM teams to collect reporting and information to update and administer opportunities in our CRM, as well as support our sales teams in keeping sales hygiene up to date. This will be based on a 12-month work-placed internship. Thus, if you are passionate about how technology is driving dynamic changes in exciting segments like Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Cloud and Advanced Software Development, we'd like to talk with you!
Based in our Reading, UK or Warsaw, Poland Office, you will be reaching out to Partners and OEMs and working closely with our internal teams to update internal reports and utilise the Salesforce tool.
What you’ll be doing
- Collect and go through reports from our partners and OEM’s and uploading the data onto our internal tool.
- Support our Internal Sales Teams and Field Sales Teams with up any administrative tasks.
- Collaboration directly with the Field, Inside, and Channel Sales Teams.
- Have a basic understanding of NVIDIA value proposition, key features, product messages, and positioning.
What we need to see
- Currently be completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are advantageous but not essential.
- Have previous administrative experience. Previous experience in the Channel is advantageous.
- Proficient with Salesforce.com experience, other sales supporting tools such as LinkedIn etc. is preferred.
- Experience and proven skills using Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone and in writing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high energy, drive, and a sense of urgency
- Positive attitude. Can Do mentality and an autonomous worker.
