    The role

    Oaktree is seeking a summer Intern to spend 8-weeks within the Client Relations - Product Management team.

    The Intern will participate in a formal training curriculum that includes an introduction to the firm and its strategies, and an overview of relevant tools and systems.

    Responsibilities include

    • Assisting the team in the design and preparation of fundraising-related or other content and presentations
    • Helping with the drafting of commentary for investment performance or in response to client and prospect inquiries
    • Working closely with the team and other internal stakeholders to research competitor information or new product ideas
    • Supporting fund launch activities and operational readiness

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of financial markets
    • Exceptional analytical skills
    • Adequate capability in PowerPoint

    • Outstanding initiative and a self-starter.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Team-oriented and collaborative and must possess strong integrity and professionalism

    Education

    Have an ABB or above at A level or equivalent

    Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and on track for a 2.1 or above from a university or college.
