    The role

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team. The Marketing Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for marketing.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns,
    • Administration and support internal and external email marketing.
    • Administration and support of our social media channels.
    • Assist in the coordination of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and internal launches.
    • Maintain and update databases, mailing lists, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
    • Prepare marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
    • Conduct market research and gather data on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on key metrics.
    • Provide support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and our service divisions.

    Skills & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a marketing support role or administrative position.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
    • Proficiency in Mailchimp or similar email distribution platforms.
    • Proficiency in using WordPress’s Content Management System (CMS).
    • Proficiency in the use of Google Analytics and similar digital tracking tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good understanding of what good looks like in terms of creative and brand alignment.
    • Understanding of AI capability and an ability to implement these tools appropriately.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
