    About the role

    We are looking for a Key2 Analyst who can help us deliver our mission: to enable individuals and businesses to seamlessly transition to zero-carbon driving.

    This data-processing role will focus on inputting order information from our online booking system to our internal order management software, Key2, with maximum accuracy. This role would suit a candidate with a love for numbers, has great attention to detail and who is at ease with tech. The role requires you to handle large amounts of data and be comfortable with repetitive data entry work, at speed.

    We are growing rapidly and there is a relentless focus on scalability whilst maintaining the highest standards of work for our customer operations team. This is an early junior hire into a newly created team, so there is lots to do but also a chance to influence how this team operates and evolves in the future as well as shape the process and customer journey.

    This is currently a short term role (3-6 months) but this period may extend, and we are expanding in many new directions, so other roles may become available during your time here.

    What you'll do

    • Work with colleagues in the customer operations team and across other parts of the business to ensure that our customer orders are efficiently and accurately inputted across all our internal systems. 
    • Specifically, manage the processing of customer orders from our new online booking system to our Key2 order management software.   
    • Work well under pressure and to team deadlines. This role requires elite level focus and ability to get down to business on the task at hand.
    • Problem solve! Ensuring all data and information is where it should be, on time and ready for our customer operations team to access for customers. Be ready to find a fix if things aren’t going as expected.
    • Improve current processes and spot inefficiencies. Use your eye-for-detail and number savvy ways to see where we can find make improvements
    • Help re-process orders where a customer has made an amendment, or we’ve suggested a different product based on changes to supply (the supply chain’s tricky to navigate at the moment!)
