    Job Description

    Our first ever Future Generations Programme over 18 months intends to give you a breadth of knowledge and experience across Sales, Customer and Operations within the Retail Investment business to enable you to make informed choices about where you would like to develop your career. In addition to spending 3 periods of 6 months working as part of the Retail Investments team you will also meet and spend time with a whole host of other teams across the business including our Centers of Expertise (Marketing, IT, People and Change) and the Fund Management teams (Octopus Ventures and Octopus Real Estate).

    Qualifications

    The programme is open to school leavers, graduates and career changers who are keen to gain experience and begin a career within a forward thinking organisation focused on investing in people, ideas and industries that change the world.
