    As Junior Product Owner for candidate experience, you will be responsible for defining, prioritising, and managing the delivery of features and functionality for our ATS platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the product meets customer needs and aligns with business objectives and the overarching product vision.

    This is a junior product owner position with future room to grow in the product team and become product owner for candidate experience, we welcome newly qualified agile product owners that have strong methodology and want to put that into practice, individuals with strong product team experience in a different role but want to transition into a product owner position or passion and curiosity for product with equivalent experience that you think is relevant for this position.

    Key responsibilities

    Market analysis

    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

    Product strategy

    • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and product development.

    Requirements definition

    • Work closely with customers, sales, and customer success to gather and prioritise product requirements.
    • Translate high-level business goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.

    Prioritisation

    • Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand.
    • Balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.

    Cross-functional collaboration

    • Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch.
    • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Release management

    • Coordinate and communicate product releases, ensuring successful delivery and minimal disruption to users.
    • Collaborate with Product Enablement Manager to support cohesive enablement plans are defined and successfully delivered to support product growth and customer retention targets.
    • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and skills

    • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
    • SaaS environment experience or knowledge.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • A confident communicator.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Organised.
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies and product owner qualification (CSPO) is a plus.

    This role requires an enhanced security clearance and part of that clearance criteria is the employee residing in the UK for the last 5 years.

    This role can be hired remotely in the UK with an expectation to join the monthly company meeting and product team meetings in Wimbledon.
