Your mission
- Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the Content Intern will partner with various teams within On to produce video, photo, and graphic design content that highlights strategic topics and provides inspiration to our team around the world.
- You will be empowered as a creative leader, tasked with conceptualising, capturing, and producing compelling visual stories from insight to execution.
- You will develop the creative vision and visual identity for new internal series, campaigns, and initiatives, including live events, presentations, and intranet content.
- Given the global nature of our team, travel may be required for key events and initiatives, roughly 25% of the time.
Your story
- Your work experience and portfolio represents a diversity of video and creative experience; taking complex stories or concepts and presenting them in a visually engaging way.
- You are a quick thinker who is skilled at pitching and running with your ideas; able to adapt to fast-moving project timelines and feedback.
- You are a collaborator at heart — you know how to manage projects and enjoy working with people around you as much as you enjoy getting into your creative flow.
- You have native fluency or advanced English speaking and writing abilities.
- Ideal candidates will have basic graphic design abilities and can jump in to support non-video needs as needed. Podcast production experience and further multi-medium acumen is a plus.
