We're looking for an Information Systems graduate to join our Workday HRIS team. Completing this 2 year scheme will provide you with a solid foundation to support your career at Ontic where your role will have a direct impact on the success of of the business and where you can start your journey to become a future leader.

You’ll take responsibility early on and be involved in fast moving business critical projects from the very start.  You’ll be inquisitive, thriving on new experiences and challenges and constantly seeking out new learning opportunities. 

From day one, you’ll be encouraged, supported and listened to. You’ll be expected to take ownership of tasks, using your initiative to solve problems and collaborating with colleagues to achieve success.

Over two years we'll provide you with the resources you need to help you grow personally and professionally. Formal coaching sessions, Mentors and on-the-job training and workshops, in addition to support for the completion of professional qualifications will help you achieve your full potential.

At the end of the programme you’ll have the chance to move on to a permanent role where your drive and performance can accelerate your career.

Who we’re looking for

  • In order to succeed as a Graduate with Ontic you'll need to have achieved or be predicted to achieve at least a 2:1 in Information Systems.
  • We look for more than just a degree; you’ll need a growth mindset and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. You’ll be curious, flexible, resilient, analytical, and most of all – you’ll be truly collaborative. 
  • You won’t mind rolling your sleeves up to help make things better or removing barriers to get the job done.   You’ll be passionate and self-motivated with an interest in all thing’s aviation too!
