    The role

    We are looking for a talented, ambitious and motivated individual to join Henry Schein One. As part of our growing team, you will work inalongside our internal sales team to nurture and develop upsell opportunities.

    At Henry Schein One, the SDR role is pivotal to the commercial success of the business and helps drive the best outcomes for our customers. Our SDRs are empowered to manage their own sales pipeline and work collaboratively to determine the best sales opportunities across departments.

    This role involves using innovative a number of different pieces of technology and software including HubSpot CRM to identify and qualify leads as they move through the early stages of the sales process.

    Experience required

    • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience

    As a potential Team Schein Member you have:

    • The aAbility to educate and challenge customers to help them recognise business opportunities and practice efficiencies that they may not be currently aware of.
    • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills – the ability to be proactive, resourceful and detail oriented to engage, respond and qualify potential sales leads.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Excellent listening skills.
    • The ability to qualify enquiries and inbound leads from email, on the phone, website, events and other channels.
    • Quick to learn and understand all forms of digital technology.
    • Well organised, good administration skills and meticulous with a strong attention to detail and able to manage your own workload.
    • Ability to produce reports and understand measurement tools to track progress and results.
    • Understand the sales process and pipeline and be able to research customers, connect, educate and offer solutions to qualify a contact.
    • The role will also include some outbound work and so a resilient approach to communication is needed with an excellent telephone manner.
    • An aptitude to liaise and handover with the sales team who will close the deals, including scheduling meetings and providing detailed information.
    • Thrives from building internal and external relationships and growing within a company.
    • Uphold and reflect the brand reputation as contacts move through the sales pipeline and beyond, so a good understanding of the business is required and remembering that first impressions count!
    • Preferably degree educated, team player and a strong desire to learn and succeed.

    The person

    The successful applicant will be a driven self-starter with a tenacious approach and a ‘can do’ attitude. They would be capable of bringing unique business insight and adding real value when talking to prospects and customers about their business needs. The ability to work in a competitive, fun and vibrant environment is essential.
