What you'll do
Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As an Advanced Customer Services (ACS) Intern you will:
- Generate and analyse a variety of ACS revenue forecast, resource utilisation, customer satisfaction and customer project reports and dashboards for review with our UK and Ireland (UKI) ACS management team.
- Plan and organise internal workshops and initiatives with our UKI ACS management team and their direct reports who include Technical Account Managers, Project Managers and Advanced Support Engineers.
- Plan internal management events and workshops and ensure that they run smoothly on the day.
- Be an active member of the ACS team with the ability to draft documents and take part in a wide variety of activities across both our on-premise and managed cloud portfolios of services.
- Contribute new and different ideas around the day to day management of our business.
- Support and assist with the recruitment of new hires and contractors. Liase with outside agencies as required.
- Participate in a wide range of opportunities including; volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more.

- Undergraduate students completing a university placement program
- Energetic, articulate and motivated students on course for a 2:1 degree or higher with the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business
