Description

What You’ll Do                                                                                                          

Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As a Business Operations Intern you will:

  • Work closely with Oracle Sales teams to help them achieve their goals by:
    • Preparing and supporting business reviews
    • Analysing data and presenting useful findings to support decision making
    • Supporting projects and programs to grow revenue and customer experience
    • Reviewing and helping improve sales pipeline quality
    • Completing detailed analysis of market attractiveness factors and perform propensity to buy analysis to identify new target accounts
  • Working with the operations team and leaderhip, you will:
    • Perform data modelling and help design the optimal deployment of sales resources
    • Help projects across the business operations organisation e.g. improving skills and knowledge

  • Undergraduate students completing a university placement program OR undergraduate finalists seeking for post-graduation experience
  • Energetic, articulate and motivated students on course for a 2:1 degree or higher with the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
  • A real team player
  • Good time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, able to analyse data/situations and draw logical evidence-based conclusions
