The Role

  • Contribute to the achievement of the Cloud Systems EMEA sales target
  • Work as part of the Sales & Solution Engineering team reporting to UKII
  • Support on various EMEA Cloud Systems initiatives, participating in meetings and collaborating on projects
  • Build and maintain in depth knowledge in the Cloud Systems product portfolio
  • Understand the different messaging around Oracle Technologies & Sales Plays and how they can help our customers overcome business challenges
  • Build and maintain relationships with Oracle customers and partners
  • Understand the needs and pains of customers and link them to a set of products/solutions provided by Oracle
  • Maintain awareness of relevant competitive products
  • Assist in demand generation and customer success activities as required
  • Support customer events through activities such as building demos, manning stands and potentially presenting
  • Building content & demos for customer meetings
  • Support Pre-sales function on opportunity and customer engagement work to help our customers build their cloud journeys
  • Support preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Perform market and industry research to identify areas for improvement in the pre-sales methodology and its execution
  • Support communications planning and events
  • Assist with the design, build and rollout of skill development programmes
  • Prepare useful and insightful content for presentations for Managers, Sales Representatives & Solution Engineers
