What you will do
Our Quality Assistants will:
- Support the Quality team to deliver on KPI's as agreed with Senior Management
- Take an active part in maintaining quality standards within Cerner Enviza- Oracle
- Assist with administrative tasks (meeting reports, DocuSign management, communications and mail management, platform access)
- Enter trainings in database and categorize with correct labels.
- Contribute as necessary with ISO audits as well as internal and external audits (Client, PV & vendors)
Desired experience
- Degree in Administration, Clinical Research, Pharmacy or related subject
- Previous experience in healthcare market research and quality
- Fluency in English and German (German desirable but not essential)
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
