About the Role
Organon is hiring a Graduate HR Project Support to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing HR system, reports and project support. The role will involve using Microsoft systems, Workday and other business systems.
Responsibilities
- HR System data management work with need for data extraction and some administration tasks
- Sharing data outputs with managers and facilitating actions to drive performance
- Support on site consultative committee meetings and actions and European Works Council logistics
- Project support to HRBPs as required for topics such as Labour & employee relations performance management, workforce planning, organisational design; talent management; development & support of the organizational talent and diversity strategy
- Participating in HR related projects being part of the wider global Organon Manufacturing Services HR team
Requirements
- BSBA degree required CIPD qualified HR or Business
- Ideally with a one year industrial placement in HR or business
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a cross functional environment
- Ability to solve problems manage multiple priorities and monitor execution to plan
- Positive approach to team working and continuous improvement
- Be able to work in a highly confidential environment
- Excellent English skills
- Analytical thinking determination and decision making skills
- Good communicator and strong understanding of HR role and confidentiality
- Problem solver with a positive mindset resilient and highly responsible
