    The Graduate Journey

    Our Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.

    This role gives you the unique opportunity to kickstart your career in the UK Commercial team. In the first rotation, you’ll be working in the Operations and Maintenance (OMA) Business Management team. Here, you’ll collaborate with colleagues from Engineering, Operations, and Asset Management and learn from leading experts that will support your day-to-day activities.

    Depending on your interests and company needs, the second and third rotation could be in teams as diverse as Asset Management, Revenue Management, Asset Integrity Management, Project Development, or Operations where you will broaden your experience before returning to the team to work as an OMA business manager. You’ll play an important role in:

    • representing Operations to external investors and internal customers, providing updates on all operational activities
    • supporting Operations leaders on commercial and contractual matters
    • integrating solutions to drive the operational performance of our wind farms
    • ensuring that all obligations of the Operations and Maintenance contracts are fulfilled.

    Requirements

    To succeed in the role, you:

    • have a master's degree in business administration, economics, science, law, or similar
    • have a strong interest in understanding the technical and operational aspects of operating a wind farm
    • have a strong interest in developing your skills in complex commercial contracts
    • are eager to learn about stakeholder management, incl. the direct engagement with senior decision makers and external customers.
