    Following an internal promotion we are hiring for a Product Support Engineer. The key objective of the Product Support Engineer is to provide a high level of field and service desk technical support for Andor's life scinece customers and channel partners across the EMEA region.

    This role is ideal if you are a customer service engineer with experience in the life science market, ideally building and servicing confocal microscope systems, and looking to join a diverse team of technical experts in a company with high ambition to rapidly grow their service business in the next 5 years.

    About you

    The Product Support Engineer will have:

    • A Degree in a science or Engineering discipline OR 2 years relevant experience building, servicing or installing Confocal Microscopy Systems
    • Computer Literacy including use of Microsoft Office Products
    • Two or more of the following:
      • One year working within the field of Life Sciences.
      • One year working with Microscopy Instrumentation or Optical Instrumentation
      • Experience working in a customer facing technical role

    This permanent position is based at our Belfast headquarters or remotely from UK or France with frequent international travel which can routinely be up to 3 weeks per month.
