About the role

As our new Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the Institutional Tower through a range of key activities, including crafting internal and external communications, creating sales tools and customer implementation materials, delivering key marketing processes and activities, and reporting on analytics and providing insights.

You will work on a variety of projects with key stakeholders from across the division, including colleagues in sales, data, and product. In this role you will develop core marketing skills like copywriting, lead generation, and data analysis. You will be working with a friendly, dynamic team, who support our marketing and sales teams in launching products and developing customer loyalty.

Key duties 

  • Sales enablement & customer support - assisting with a range of sales enablement activities, such as the production and administration of sales tools, and marketing lead tracking and qualification.
  • Communications – working on a range of communications activities, such as the Sales Rep weekly newsletter, other sales & customer communications, and administration of the Rep Questions inbox.
  • Analytics and insight - assisting with a range of reporting and analytics activities, including marketing lead data analysis; using data to monitor metrics of major marketing programs; and assisting with the tracking and reporting of Tower KPIs.
  • Support effectiveness of the tower’s marketing activities – working on a range of coordination activities, such campaign planning, budget reporting, creation of meeting presentation slides, systems support & training, and admin & diary support.
  • Team and behavioural goals - acting as a collaborative, helpful, inquisitive, and proactive member of the institutional marketing team, taking on additional tasks within the Programs & Execution team as required.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

About you

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their first marketing role. We are looking for someone with good communication skills and a willingness to learn, with effective organisation and time management skills, who can work proactively and sometimes independently. Demonstrable experience working with design tools (e.g. Canva), data tools (Excel, Google Analytics), and project work would be valuable assets but are not required.
