    Primary roles and responsibilities

    Part of the Agile team, the Analyst will play an essential role in providing support to a diverse range of projects and business proposals in the EMEA region, including the UK.

    We are particularly interested in candidates interested in public health, economic growth, good governance, climate, environment, and project management. Some of the key responsibilities will include:

    • Working with Managers and Directors to plan project delivery and manage client needs and expectations
    • Working direct on our projects and programmes to provide all aspects of high quality, highly organised Project Management, including financial and contractual.
    • Working closely with the client/donor and Palladium teams to develop and test hypotheses on the central issues facing clients, identify and undertake relevant research, and synthesise results into analysis that forms the basis of the deliverables
    • Serving as a key client-facing member of the Palladium team and conducting work in a professional capacity representing the firm
    • Communicating analysis and recommendations both verbally and in writing to team members and clients
    • Supporting Palladium in the development of new innovative business proposals
    • Support the development of Palladium’s knowledge resources, methods and intellectual property

    The role reports to the Agile Manager, liaising closely with:

    • Internally, the role will work with all members of the capability assigned to and project delivery teams
    • Externally, the role will work and forge meaningful relationships with clients and external partners
