    Sales Development

    Our dynamic sales department is the driving force of our company, maintaining close relationships with our existing customers and bringing in new clients to grow our business.

    Procurement

    Procurement is an essential aspect of our business that focuses on creating value within our company. This role includes purchasing products or services and ensuring that suppliers comply with legal and company policies.
    If you have good analytical skills, financial sense, and an aptitude for negotiating, you will thrive in our procurement department.
    During your time with the procurement team, you will learn about the following areas:

    Telesales

    As the majority of ParkerSteel’s sales are made over the telephone, Telesales is a fundamental part of our business. Whether you are negotiating a sale or maintaining strong relationships with your client, you will need to learn specific strategies for Telesales communication, as it can differ greatly from face-to-face encounters.
    If you consider yourself a people person and are interested in developing your communication and negotiation skills further, this is a role you may thrive in!
    Our Telesales training will teach you the techniques and strategies that are best suited for lead generation and telephone sales, including:

    Business Development is critical for ensuring that ParkerSteel’s development remains on track and encourages future growth in all areas of our company. As part of our Business Development Team, you will be hyper-focused on driving ParkerSteel’s sustainable growth by identifying and creating new partnerships that will result in increased revenue, distribution, and enhancement of the company’s product.
    Training in this department will cover a diverse range of topics, including:

    What We Offer

    • Starting salary of £25,000 per annum (upon completion of our programme, this sum will increase to £30,000 per annum plus commission)
