    Horizons is a holistic two-year, early careers development program designed to train and develop the next generation of real asset investment professionals for PATRIZIA. We offer you an accelerated and fascinating introduction to PATRIZIA and the world of real asset investment.

    What to expect

    • In September you will start your rotations across various investment professional teams across PATRIZIA including Transactions, Asset Management, Fund Management and more to get a holistic view of our investment processes and business. 
    • You will be part of the team, work alongside our senior professionals, supporting the teams in their daily business, contributing to the investment processes with micro and macro analysis, business case modelling, scenario planning, reportings and running your own projects. 
    • You will build a great network and connections across the firm, with your peers, senior management and our clients. 
    • You will participate in technical and soft skills trainings, leadership seminars as well as coaching sessions and mentoring which will help you to build your career and boost your personnel development. 
    • You will gain international exposure and experience working with our international teams and participate in an optional short term international assignment. 

    What we look for

    • University degree or equivalent  
    • Previous internship experience in similar environment welcome 
    • Fluent English  
    • A good understanding and strong career interest in real asset investment  
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills, financial and business acumen and understanding of key financial indicators 
    • Being a real team player who enjoys working with others, values diversity of thought and shows respect to everyone 
    • Resilience, flexibility, self-awareness and emotional intelligence 
    • Can do attitude, willingness to challenge yourself and an ability to learn quickly
