    Group Enterprise Risk Analyst

    As a Group Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will help the organisation to mitigate risks arising from processes, people and systems and make a significant business impact by performing risk assessments for various business units within Paysafe Group. Graduates will be working with and learning from ERM’s Risk Specialists who are driving the global enterprise risk agenda.

    The ideal candidate will be solutions driven and have strong time management and communication skills to engage with various global stakeholders within the Paysafe Group.

    This role will be based out of our office in London / Dublin.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform divisional and commercial risks assessments;
    • Perform roots cause and business impact analysis resulting from operational incidents that have a financial impact;
    • Conduct business and operational process mapping to identify risks and controls;
    • Support risk mitigation action plans;
    • Monitor and review the impact to the risk profile of future initiates, including new product risk assessments, changes to business processes (automation) and targeted risk reviews;
    • Participate in internal risk reporting programmes;
    • Support the maintenance of the risk registers and risk platforms;
    • Collaborate with PaySafe’s other organisational line of defence (i.e. Compliance, Internal Audit etc); and
    • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of risk systems and data.

    Candidate Requirements

    • At a minimum a bachelor’s degree with 2.1 level qualification preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or equivalent field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skill
    • A demonstrable interest and desire to work in fintech
    • Must have right to work in UK/Ireland
