As a CRM Executive at Paysend, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with customers across the globe and enhancing their experience through well-executed CRM campaigns and marketing automation strategies. Working as part of the Global CRM Team, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Data, and Regional teams.

Key responsibilities
- Assist the CRM Manager in developing and delivering theglobal CRM lifecycle strategy, including multi-channel automations and triggered campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimise business-as-usual (BAU) CRM campaigns, collaborating with the Product team to create content tailored to specific customer segments.
- Conduct A/B testing and segmentation optimisation across all customer touchpoints, reporting findings to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of campaigns by adhering to the internal quality assurance (QA) process and maintaining consistency across all send-outs.
- Fully leverage the capabilities of Braze (or similar CRM platforms) to design, implement, and refine campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis, gathering insights into market performance within Direct-to-Consumer channels, and present findings for strategic discussions.
- Maintain and update the CRM Campaign Playbook, documenting all campaigns and their objectives for reference and alignment.
