    We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Social Media Executive to join our Digital Marketing team on a temporary, remote working basis.

    This role will be responsible for supporting the Social Media Manager in ensuring the performance, optimisation and user experience of content across all PDSA Social Media.

    Day-to-day, you will be responsible for planning, creating and scheduling content for social media, ensuring the content is relevant for each channel and in line with the organisational strategy and values.

    You will play a key part in working collaboratively with other teams to offer social media expertise and support for wider campaigns and projects, supporting the overall mission of PDSA. You will monitor and contribute to community management, encouraging engagement, stimulating discussion, and escalating any reputational risks.

    About you

    We’re looking for a team player who is creative and hardworking, with a flair for written and visual content. You’ll have great attention to detail and you will be experienced in handling multiple, competing deadlines.

    Ideally, you’ll be familiar with social media management tools and have a good understanding of analytics and pulling reports together.
