    The role

    You will be responsible for collating and analysing Service Delivery data to support reporting analysis and forecasting for the team. Reporting to the Global Head of Service, this is a unique opportunity to take ownership of data and internal reporting to focus on aligning any manual reporting with system generated data to enable reliability and consistency of management information (MI).

    You will be involved in duties such as:

    • Taking accountability for the integrity of data and reporting whilst continuously driving improvement in reporting and processes
    • Being responsible for conducting trend analysis on complex data sets and working with service colleagues to inform of any discrepancies, variances and trends identified with the data
    • Providing data analysis to enable the Service and Technical teams across the business to drive improvement in customer experience across all KPI’s and measures
    • Providing data analysis to enable forecasting of service spares demand of components and kits
    • Automating reporting by aligning manual reporting and assisting in developing Service and Technical Dashboards

    About you

    It would be advantageous if you have previous exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies or associated analysis techniques. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and any familiarity with SAP B1 or SAP C4C would be beneficial.

    In addition you should possess:

    • Excellent analytical skills – you must be comfortable working with large amounts of data, facts and figures
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • The ability to work both in a team and independently in an autonomous environment
    • The confidence and ability to present findings and translate data and analysis into a comprehensive summary
